Masseter muscle hypertrophy is enlargement of the masseter muscle, giving a square jawline. Having such a jawline can create a wider looking lower face and appear more masculine in appearance. By injecting Botulinum toxin into these muscles, we partially paralyse them, causing them to shrink which results in a slimmer more feminine face.
